Maple Leaf Iconic Design Inc. By-GA is being created as a Canadian public company to develop and license a new category of architecture based on the maple leaf shape.

Our focus is on hotels, resorts, towers, marinas and cultural buildings using protected Maple Leaf geometry, with IP (trademarks + industrial designs + copyrights) as the core asset.

The Maple Leaf IP (current and future) is being consolidated under Maple Leaf Iconic Design Inc. By-GA, with founder-originated IP assigned or exclusively licensed to the company.

Key elements include:

• Trademarks (CIPO, with WIPO expansion planned):

names, slogans, and brand phrases such as Maple Leaf Iconic Design™, Maple Leaf Resort & Nordic Spa™, Stay Inside the Leaf™, etc.

• Industrial Designs (CIPO, with international filings planned):

maple-leaf-shaped pools, docks, decks, façades, footprints, towers and multiple geometry variants (simplified, complex, stemless, rotated, structural skeleton).

• Copyrights:

2,000+ renderings, architecture booklets, geometry collections, design documents and digital models.

This creates a defensible moat around maple-leaf-shaped hotels, resorts, towers and waterfront structures, encouraging developers to license rather than copy.
